1﹑ Purpose
In order to achieve peaceful reunification of China for the purpose of combining compatriots living abroad and friendly people, and promote cross-strait exchanges peoples benefit, and peaceful coexistence.

2 ﹑ Name
Chinese : Northern California Chinese Peaceful Reunification

北加州中國和平統一促進會
English : Chinese for Peaceful Unification – Northern California (CPU-NC)

Three stands 三個堅持
1 ﹑ Adhere to the one China principle, together towards peaceful reunification
2 ﹑ Strait peaceful coexistence, sovereignty, territorial sharing
3 ﹑Taiwan is not independent, the mainland does not use force

一個中國，和平統一 ，堅持九二共識，反對「台灣獨立」是兩岸三地同胞一直以來的心願, 希望藉由這個組織團結一切擁護中國和平統一的海內外同胞，推動台灣海峽兩岸的民間交流與往來。
